Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within one to three (1–3) business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Timeframes
Orders are typically delivered within five to ten (5-10) business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on carrier volume, destination, customs clearance, or circumstances outside of Adaptogenix’s control.
Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. Adaptogenix is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, operational disruptions, or other external factors.
Shipment Tracking
A tracking number will be provided to the customer once the order has shipped. Customers may use this number to monitor delivery progress through the carrier’s website.
Incorrect Shipping Information
The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Adaptogenix is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional fees may apply if a reshipment is required due to address errors.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking information confirms delivery, Adaptogenix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim or request an investigation.
International Shipping
International shipping availability may vary. Delivery times for international orders may extend beyond the standard timeframe due to customs clearance or international carrier processes.
