Adaptogenix Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Adaptogenix. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms stated herein.
Returns
For public health, safety, and product integrity reasons, Adaptogenix does not accept returns of any dietary supplements once they have been delivered to the customer. All sales of delivered products are considered final.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only in cases where an order has not been delivered. A refund may be granted under the following conditions:

The order has not been delivered within the expected delivery timeframe of 14 business days

Tracking information confirms non-delivery or indicates that the package has been lost in transit.
If tracking information shows that a shipment is still in transit, Adaptogenix may request additional time for the carrier to complete delivery before approving a refund.
Delivered Products
Adaptogenix does not provide refunds for any product that has been delivered to the customer, whether opened or unopened. This policy is necessary to maintain compliance with health and safety standards applicable to consumable goods.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect item, the customer must notify Adaptogenix within seven (7) days of delivery. The customer must provide the order number and photographic evidence of the issue. Upon verification, Adaptogenix will issue a replacement at no cost to the customer. Replacements are provided in lieu of refunds.
Order Cancellations
An order may be cancelled only if it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled or is in transit, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
